International Sterling by Watrous sterling silver and two-toned 14k gold flask from the early 20th century in Art Deco style with beautiful, engraved lines adorning the body of the flask. It has a screw top, can contain 3/4 of a pint, measures 7 3/8'' in length by 4 1/2'' in width by 1 1 /8'' in height, and bears hallmarks as shown. Watrous was a silversmith founded in 1896 in Wallingford, Connecticut. Some of its pieces are in museum collections, including the Yale University Art Gallery. At the beginning, the company's principal product was German Silver spoon blanks.
